Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- jar picante sauce - 1 oz
- hot cooked rice optional - 1 item
How to make picante chicken:
Place chicken in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. In a small bowl, combine picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice, if desired.The picante sauce mixed with the rice is delicious.
