Stuffed pepper soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 6 c
- paprika
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- ketchup - 1 c
- ground beef
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 6 item
- large can crushed tomatoes - 1 item
- large green peppers, cut up - 4 item
How to make stuffed pepper soup:
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add water, bouillon cubes and crushed tomatoes. Heat on high until boiling. Reduce heat and add all remaining ingredients, except rice. Cook for 1 to 2 hours until peppers are done to taste. Cook rice and add to soup. Cook an additional 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Peppers.
