Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- chopped green bell peppers - 2 c
- cooked long grain white rice - 2 c
How to make stuffed pepper soup:
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Peppers.
