Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- mushrooms - 3 lbs
- parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- each oregano, marjoram and basil - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- instant onion - 1/2 tsp
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wash and drain mushrooms. Remove stems and discard. Melt 1/4 c. butter on each of two cookie sheets. Mix all ingredients and stuff. Bake for 45 minutes at 350° making sure the meat is well-cooked. Drain on towels and serve hot.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
