Ingredients/Components

  • hamburg - 1 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • garlic - 1/4 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • onion - 1 tsp
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for one hour
  • chili sauce - 1/2 bottle
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp

How to make sweet & sour meatballs:

Form meatballs. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.Sauce:1 sm. can cranberry sauce1/2 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce1 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix ingredients together and warm over medium heat.
