  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • water
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Dash of Carnation milk - 1 item
  • Crumbled chow mein noodles 2 hand-fulls
  • Make small meatballs

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Mix together. Make small meatballs.Sauce:1 c. soy sauce1/4 tsp. ginger powder1/8- 1/4 c. water1 Tbsp. brown sugar Mix together. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes or until done.
