Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- large mushrooms - 2 lb
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- Romano cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped mushroom stems - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Melt margarine and saute chopped mushroom stems, onions and garlic. (Saute until onions are transparent.) Mix together sauteed mixture and remaining ingredients (parsley, salt, bread crumbs and cheese). Turn mushroom caps bottoms up and fill each.
