Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/4 1/2
- parsley - 3 Tbsp
- large mushrooms - 1/2 1
- to 3 cloves garlic - 2 item
- onions, minced - 1/2 1
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Brown stems in butter with onions, garlic, parsley, salt and oregano. Stir in bread and cheese. Spoon into caps. Place stuffed side up. Cook 15 to 20 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
