Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- sherry - 1 c
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- chicken breasts, boned - 6 item
- silvered almonds - 1 c
How to make chicken imperial:
Marinate chicken in sherry for 2 to 3 hours. Pat dry. Combine crumbs, salt, pepper, cheese, parsley, garlic and 3/4 of almonds. Dip chicken in butter. Roll in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with remaining almonds. BakeRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
