Ingredients/Components
- boiled eggs - 1 doz
- butter or margarine - 1 tsp
- chopped pickles - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped bell pepper - 2 Tbsp
- enough mayonnaise to soften - 1 item
How to make stuffed eggs:
Cut eggs lengthwise or around. Remove yolks. Place warm yolks in bowl and mash well. Mix with butter, mayonnaise, pickles, onion and bell pepper, stirring well. Pack into whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve warm or cold.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Appetizers.
