Spicy rice
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- Minute rice - 2 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
How to make spicy rice:
Saute onions and peppers in butter in large skillet for approximately 3 minutes. Add rice and stir well for one minute. Add chicken broth and corn. Bring to a boil. Simmer to desired consistency.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, White rice.
