Add sugar, salt and oleo to hot potatoes. When warm, add yeast, eggs and potato water. Stir in flour to make stiff dough. Knead well until smooth. Put in greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and put in refrigerator until chilled (may be kept in refrigerator for several days). Butter Pyrex or aluminum pans well. Cover bottom with 1/3-inch brown sugar. Add enough water to make sugar wet. Sprinkle with nuts. Roll dough about 1/2-inch thick. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Roll like jelly roll. Cut in 1/2-inch circles. Place cut side down in sugar and let rise double in size. Bake at 350°. Invert pan on plate while hot or it will stick.
