Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- celery seed
- turmeric - 3/4 tsp
- ground onions - 4 c
- ground squash - 12 c
- ground bell pepper - 4 c
- or 3 hot peppers - 2 item
How to make squash relish:
Mix seasonings together and add squash mixture. Bring to boil and cook 20 minutes. Put in hot jars and seal. Makes 10 to 11 pints.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Spreads.
