Ingredients/Components
- squash - 1 1
- sour cream - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix - 1/2 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Grease shallow pan and line with dressing mix. Boil squash in water until tender. Drain and mash. Mix squash, sour cream, onion and soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour this over layer of dressing. Sprinkle dressing mix on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
