Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- squash - 2 lb
- Ritz crackers, crumbled up
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender, 8 to 15 minutes. Drain and mash. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in ovenproof dish. Bake for 1 hour at 300°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
