Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- stick margarine - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- small jar pimientos, chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 item
- squash, cooked
- medium carrots, shredded coarse - 2 item
- can cream of chicken soup mushroom, if preferred - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients except margarine and stuffing. Melt margarine and pour over stuffing. Mix well, then line baking dish with 1/2 stuffing. Pour ingredients over this. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
