Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- grated carrots - 3 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- or 6 yellow squash
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash in salted water until tender. Drain and mash squash. Mix all other ingredients well. Put in a large buttered casserole dish. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350°. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
