Ingredients/Components
- yellow squash, cooked and drained - 2 item
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- Pepperidge Farm herb and stuffing mix - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Melt margarine and toss with stuffing mix. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl. Add 1/2 stuffing mix and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with remaining stuffing mix.Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. Freeze. Very good for later use.
