Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- saltine crackers - 1 pkg
- cheese as desired - 1 item
- or 4 medium to large squash - 3 item
How to make squash casserole:
Place squash and onion in a boiler; pour enough water to cover squash. Boil until squash is tender. Add margarine; mix until margarine is melted. Add saltine crackers; mix well, then add eggs. Last, add cheese; mix well. Pour squash mixture into a baking dish; bake at 375° until golden on top.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
