Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- small jar chopped pimento - 1 item
- medium yellow squash - 6 item
- grated raw carrot - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumb mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Slice and boil squash; drain and mix with rest of ingredients (first 6).Put squash mixture and stuffing mix in a casserole dish in layers, beginning and ending with stuffing. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
