Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cheese - 1/2 c
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- sauteed onions - 2 Tbsp
How to make squash casserole:
Topping:1/2 c. Ritz crackers1/2 c. cheese Boil squash until tender, drain and mash. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into large baking dish (greased). Sprinkle topping over mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
