Sausage egg casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 10 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- sausage, cooked and drained
- bread, cubed - 3 c
How to make sausage egg casserole:
Mix cheese, bread and flour. Add sausage. Put in a large casserole dish. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over the ingredients in the casserole dish. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until middle is set. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Casseroles.
