Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- grated carrot - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- or 6 medium squash, cooked - 5 item
- medium jar pimento peppers - 1 item
- Pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Melt butter; add to crumbs and mix well. Arrange in baking dish in layers the squash mixture and crumbs. End with crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
