Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • self-rising flour - 4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • dry yeast - 1 pkg

How to make spoon rolls:

Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water; set aside. Mix 2 cups water, egg, oil and sugar; add to yeast mixture. Stir in flour, mixing thoroughly. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
