Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make spoon rolls:
Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water; set aside. Mix 2 cups water, egg, oil and sugar; add to yeast mixture. Stir in flour, mixing thoroughly. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Yeast breads.
