Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dry red wine - 1/2 c
- chopped green onion - 1/4 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- instant beef bouillon - 1 Tbsp
How to make mushroom sauce:
Saut?© mushrooms, onion and butter in a saucepan until tender. Stir in cornstarch, wine, parsley, bouillon, salt, water and pepper. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low calorie, Condiments, etc..
