Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dry red wine - 1/2 c
  • chopped green onion - 1/4 c
  • sliced mushrooms - 1 c
  • instant beef bouillon - 1 Tbsp

How to make mushroom sauce:

Saut? mushrooms, onion and butter in a saucepan until tender. Stir in cornstarch, wine, parsley, bouillon, salt, water and pepper. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
