Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/3 item
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 3 pkg
- eggs, beaten light and fluffy - 4 item
- stem celery, grated - 1 item
- shakes dill weed - 2 item
- matzoh meal if needed - 1 item
How to make spinach souffle:
Add margarine to drained spinach. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. If mixture is too loose, add 2 tablespoons matzoh meal. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
