  • stick margarine - 1/3 item
  • onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
  • carrot, grated - 1 item
  • small onion, grated - 1 item
  • frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 3 pkg
  • eggs, beaten light and fluffy - 4 item
  • stem celery, grated - 1 item
  • shakes dill weed - 2 item
  • matzoh meal if needed - 1 item

How to make spinach souffle:

Add margarine to drained spinach. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. If mixture is too loose, add 2 tablespoons matzoh meal. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.
