  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
  • herbed Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 c

How to make spinach souffle:

Cook spinach; drain well. Mix soup and sour cream; let set. Add crumbs soaked in melted butter to sour cream mixture. Mix in spinach and place in casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
