Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- herbed Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 c
How to make spinach souffle:
Cook spinach; drain well. Mix soup and sour cream; let set. Add crumbs soaked in melted butter to sour cream mixture. Mix in spinach and place in casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Side dish, Vegetables.
