- sour cream - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 4 oz
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- cracker crumbs or bread crumb topping - 1 item
How to make spinach casserole:
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. In a shallow baking dish, mix together the spinach, soup mix, cheese and sour cream; cover mixture with cracker crumbs or bread crumb topping. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
