Spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced or chopped - 2 item
- finely grated onion - 1 tsp
- mushrooms, sliced optional - 1 item
- small onion, sliced thinly - 1 item
- spinach, cleaned and rinsed well - 1 lb
- slices bacon, chopped, fried and crumbled - 6 item
How to make spinach salad:
Clean spinach and tear into bite size pieces. Add bacon, eggs, onion and mushrooms. Set aside. Put remaining ingredients into a blender and blend to make the dressing. When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
