Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- onion, sliced or chopped - 1 item
- can condensed tomato soup undiluted - 1 item
- bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1 item
- carrots, cleaned and thinly sliced - 2 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots in unsalted water until tender. Drain and place in a bowl with pepper and onion. Mix remaining ingredients and bring mixture to a boil. Pour over carrots. May be served warm or cold.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
