Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- heavy cream - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- parsley - 1 tsp
- chicken bouillon - 1/2 tsp
- frozen chopped spinach - 1 (10
- pat of butter - 1 item
- shredded yellow Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make spinach quiche:
Saute on stove spinach, onion, chicken bouillon, salt, pepper and garlic powder with pat of butter, uncovered, until dry. Beat with whisk, eggs, milk and heavy cream. Add Parmesan cheese and parsley. Add shredded cheese to egg mixture. Mix well with spoon. Use 9-inch defrosted deep dish frozen pie crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, until golden.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
