How to make cheese cake:
Topping:1 1/2 pt. sour cream1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. sugar Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese5 eggs, separated4 1/2 tsp. vanilla1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. flour Prepare graham crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix egg whites and set aside. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, adding egg yolks one at a time. Add flour. Fold in egg whites. Bake 1 hour at 325°.Cool cake. Top with sour cream mixture and bake another 15 minutes until sour cream is set.
