Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- pie shell - 1 item
- bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces - 1/2 lb
How to make spinach pie:
Cook bacon and add onions for the last 2 minutes; drain. Blend eggs, milk and salt. Add spinach, onion and cooked bacon. Turn into 9-inch pie shell and bake at 375° until set, about 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Casseroles.
