- onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- Oil - 1 item
- Garlic powder - 1 item

- pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Tomato sauce - 1 item
- 2-3 eggplants, peeled & cubed
How to make baked eggplant:
Saut?© onion, pepper and celery in oil Add eggplant cubes and cook few minutes till eggplant begins to soften. Add remaining ingredients and mix like a meatloaf. Form into small loaves.
