Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 c
- water - 1 gal
- vinegar - 1 c
How to make pickled corn:
Mix above ingredients in pan (as many times as you need to cover corn). Put on stove and stir well; bring to a boil. Cook corn as if for eating approximately 10 minutes after it starts to boil. Put in a crock and put vinegar mixture over top. Cover with a cloth and tie with a string. Take scum off as it develops.Do the same for making sauerkraut.
