  • sour cream - 1 c
  • dry vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
  • frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 10 oz
  • water chestnuts, chopped fine - 8 oz

How to make spinach dip:

Mix all together and chill overnight. May be served with chips, crackers, Hawaiian bread or raw vegetables.
