Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- plain low-fat yogurt
- dry vegetable soup mix - 1/4 pkg
- can water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 1 item
- fat-free mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- chopped chives or green onions - 2 Tbsp
How to make spinach dip:
