  • sour cream
  • Miracle Whip salad dressing - 1 c
  • Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
  • can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
  • frozen, chopped spinach, thawed - 1 pkg

How to make spinach dip:

Squeeze dry spinach. Stir in 1 package soup mix, sour cream and salad dressing until well blended. Add water chestnuts. Mix well. Cover and chill 2 hours. Stir before serving. Makes about 4 cups. Serve with chips or crackers.
