Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- nutmeg - 1 item
- heavy cream - 2/3 c
- ice cubes - 2 item
- 1/2 jiggers light rum - 1 item
How to make egg nog:
Place all ingredients, except ice, in a blender. Cover and process at liquify with motor running. Remove feeder cap and add ice cubes, one at a time. Continue to process until smooth. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with nutmeg.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Holiday, Drinks.
