Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- freshly ground pepper - 1/8 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- fresh parsley - 1/2 c
- frozen spinach - 10 oz
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw spinach; squeeze out liquid. In blender or processor, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill 24 hours. Serve with raw veggies and crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
