  • powdered sugar
  • white Karo syrup - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 3 Tbsp

How to make chocolate eclair dessert:

Butter bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Line pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding according to directions. Blend in whipped topping. Pour half of mixture over graham crackers, then place second layer of crackers over pudding. Pour on remainder of pudding and top with more graham crackers. Frost with chocolate icing. Keep refrigerated.Chocolate Eclair Icing:2 pkg. pre-softened chocolate3 Tbsp. softened margarine1 1/2 c. powdered sugar2 tsp. white Karo syrup2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. evaporated milk Beat all ingredients until smooth. Spread over cake and refrigerate 24 hours.
