- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 8 oz
- container sour cream - 1 (8
- box chopped frozen spinach - 1 oz
- dry vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw spinach and squeeze dry in paper towel. Place in bowl. Add all other ingredients. Let set no less than 1hour. Serve with crackers (various flavors).Dry onion soup mix can be substituted for dry vegetable soup mix.
