Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
- pkg - 1 oz
- small can water chestnuts, diced - 1 item
- loaf rye or pumpernickel bread - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
Mix thawed and drained spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, onion and water chestnuts well. Refrigerate. Cut a whole in center of loaf of bread. Pull out bread, leaving the shell. Cube bread. Put dip inside bread shell. Serve with cubed bread.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
