Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- diced green onions - 2 item
- boxes frozen chopped spinach - 2 item
- small can chopped water chestnuts - 1 item
- round French bread - 1 item
- Knorr dried vegetable soup mix - 2 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw spinach and squeeze out liquid. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add soup mix to sour cream and mayonnaise. Chop chestnuts and onions into small pieces. Mix everything together in large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill. Cut top off the French bread round; take out bread and cut into pieces. Set aside.
