Layered mexican dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- green onions, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- medium avocados - 3 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- cans bean dip - 2 item
- chopped ripe olives optional - 1 item
- jar piquant sauce - 1 oz
How to make layered mexican dip:
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, layer the bean dip and piquant sauce. Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper; layer next. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning; layer next. Top with onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, North american.
