  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • cottage cheese - 1 lb
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz

How to make spinach cheese bake:

Thaw and drain spinach thoroughly. Cut Cheddar cheese into small cubes. Mix together all ingredients thoroughly. Spoon into a greased (Crisco) 8-inch square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool 10 mi
