Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- melted margarine - 3/4 c
- eggs, well beaten - 6 item
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan - 1/2 c
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix - 3 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach; drain well. Squeeze to remove water (very important). Combine spinach with remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3/4 to 1-inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 10 dozen.Note: Spinach Balls can be frozen on baking sheet until firm. When frozen, store in plastic bags. Thaw slightly. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
