Vegetable dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- Tabasco - 1/2 tsp
- pimentos, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make vegetable dip:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill at least 4 to 5 hours before serving. Better if chilled overnight.Tip: Weight Watchers use yogurt in place of sour cream and lite mayonnaise. Good on vegetables only.
