Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan - 1/2 c
- onion powder - 1/8 tsp
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing - 2 c
- frozen chopped spinach - 1 pkg
How to make spinach balls:
Mix together all the ingredients. Refrigerate about one hour until easy to handle. Roll into balls. Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes. These are good hot or cold. Add a few tablespoons of mustard to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise or plain yogurt for a greRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
