Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 3/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook and chop the frozen spinach; drain well. Add Parmesan cheese, stuffing mix, butter and eggs. Mix and shape into balls. Put on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.After shaping into balls, these can be frozen until ready to use.
